Executive Assistant

Are you an organisational powerhouse with a passion for supporting leadership in the arts? Look no further – Penrith Performing & Visual Arts is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team.

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our executive team, providing invaluable administrative and governance support to our CEO, Operations Director, and CFO. Your role will be pivotal in enabling our leaders to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making, while you handle the day-to-day operations with finesse and efficiency.

You’ll be the ultimate liaison, seamlessly connecting our executives with internal staff and external stakeholders. From managing inquiries and scheduling appointments to coordinating meetings and overseeing documentation, you’ll be the glue that holds our organisation together.

Your ability to manage calendars, streamline communication, and assist with reporting requirements and compliance will be instrumental in driving our organisation’s productivity and effectiveness.

To excel in this role, you’ll need more than just impeccable organisational skills – you’ll also need a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must, as you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly.
