We need your help to keep Western Sydney’s creative heart beating.

Penrith Performing & Visual Arts is the beating heart of arts and culture in Western Sydney. We are the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre, Penrith Regional Gallery, Home of the Lewers Bequest, Penrith Conservatorium of Music and Q Theatre. Since our establishment in 2006 we’ve worked to showcase creativity in all its forms, to help improve people’s lives and make Penrith a great place to live, work and play.

The support we receive from individual donations as well as businesses, foundations, and philanthropic sources is crucial to our mission of nurturing, making and sharing great art for all. Our work enhances the lives of individuals in our community through arts education and lifelong learning, access to quality performing and visual arts experiences, as well as employment and career development pathways for artists and artsworkers.

Financial contributions enable us to drive a cultural vision central to the creative ecology of Western Sydney – a vibrant Creative Penrith, filled with opportunities for engagement, employment and education. In order to do this, we need to care for our musical instruments, pay our artists, directors, musicians, technical teams and teachers, commission new work and creative developments, offer bursaries to talented students; and create opportunities for audiences of all ages to experience the arts at affordable ticket prices.

Your generosity will help support a dynamic arts and cultural landscape for Penrith. We appreciate your support.

The Penrith Performing & Visual Arts Ltd Fund is a tax deductible fund listed on the Register of Cultural Organisations under Subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
